My domains are hosted at two different web hosting companies. With both of them I’m very satisfied and the reason why I use two different web hosting companies is simple: if one is down, at least not all of my websites are down as well.
One of the companies I use is Go Daddy. Besides the funny and easy to remember name, the 24/7 support really impressed me. I did not grow up with computers and felt a little uneasy when I purchased my first domain names and tried to set up my websites. The support at Go Daddy was extremely helpful and patient. Being a German native speaker I was surprised, that all of the people I talked to at Go Daddy (and there were a lot!) spoke very good and clear English – I never had the slightest problem understanding them.
Go Daddy does not only offer reliable web hosting, but also cheap domain names. If I’m looking for a domain name, I go to Go Daddy. Buying and hosting domain names is quick and easy, so far I never had a problem with Go Daddy, if you wish WordPress can be installed with three clicks and I can only advise every newbie out there: go and check out Go Daddy! It is one of the most reliable and affordable hosting companies around!

Twitter is one of the fastest growing social websites. As an Internet marketer it is very advisable to have a twitter account, start tweeting and add followers. Why? Because it is easy to network with Twitter! If you are new, sign up and start tweeting today! A tweet is a simple message, no longer than 140 characters and can be anything; from “drinking coffee” to “wondering what to do next” or “I came across this website xy.com – check it out” – almost everything that crosses your mind and fits within 140 characters goes. To make Twitter a pleasant experience for everyone, it’s advisable to keep in mind, that this is a social website – no offensive language or X-rated content please!
People in Twitter-world are usually helpful, curious and friendly and Twitter likes to keep it that way. A lot of on-line marketers are out there too, leveraging the power of Twitter to promote their own business. Twitter is a great place to go to for your business; therefore check out Twitter and if you have questions, feel free to contact me. I have a twitter profile a_juritsch – go and have a look at it!

HostGator is one of the webhosting companies I use for my internet marketing business. This blog is hosted by HostGator. I did choose HostGator after trying another webhosting company first (which unfortunately did not offer 24/7 support) and learned, that less than a dollar difference in hosting fees (per month) is not worth the trouble you can have with an unreliable web hosting. With the first webhosting company, WordPress wasn’t running and I tried for more than two weeks to set it up. The support was virtually non existent, as the only answer I would get was: we don’t offer support on WordPress.
Back at that time I was new to webhosting, WordPress – the whole Internet thing, and I was very close to give up and look for a nice, decent job which wouldn’t be able to overwhelm me. But then someone advised me to try HostGator and they helped me to transfer my domain name, set up WordPress and ever since my homepage is running smoothly.
What finally convinced me to stay with HostGator was not only the support and the reasonable hosting fee, but also the hosting surface cpanel. It’s very easy to use and HostGator offers a bunch of free and useful software for download and installing (easily done with Fantastico). Whenever I got stuck somewhere I could call or open a live-chat window; whichever I felt more comfortable with. The live chat had the advantage that I could get the chat script via email (if I wished so) and go over it again if I had the same question later.
HostGator was definitely the best choice for me; everyone who’s looking for a good, reliable and affordable hosting company, should click here and try for himself.

Earn some bucks today!
Did you ever hear: “click on the advertisement and we’ll pay you”? If you tried you might have been frustrated; they pay indeed, but only very small amounts like 0.01 Dollar and the pay out limit is somewhere between 15.00 and 25.00 Dollar. Now you can calculate how long it will take you to earn 15.00 Dollar and actually see them on your account.
Now here’s something different:
You get paid by clicking on websites, but they pay 0.30 Dollar for every 2 to 3 websites you view! You have to wait until the website uploads, stay on it for 5 seconds and close it again – it’s really that simple. You get paid once your balance reaches 30.00 Dollar (which you can easily reach within a day or two) and you start again.
To start you buy one view package, which will cost you 15.00 Dollar. Once you’ve viewed all the ads you bought, you’ve earned 30.00 Dollar. You got your investment back and earned another 15 bucks in addition – not too bad. Now you can ‘work’ with your earned 15 bucks, buy another view package and earn 30.00 Dollar. This means you invested 15.00 Dollar once, and after the second view package already earned 30.00 Dollar cash!
Let’s be honest: you won’t become rich by doing this, but it might be OK while you are sitting at your computer anyway, listening to some educational tapes or calling someone via your PC. Click here and have fun!

A Gravatar is a Globally Recognized Avatar. An avatar or gravatar is an icon of a user in a shared virtual reality, like a forum, chat, website, or any other form of online community; it is used by users who like to distinguish themselves from other users. Tom Werner created gravatars to make it possible for a person to have one avatar across the entire web.
If you like to get your own gravatar, you need to have a 80px by 80px image (that you create yourself, e.g. your photo), go to http://en.gravatar.com/ and follow the instructions. It’s really easy and it’s a lot more fun if you leave comments on other blogs and see your picture beside your comment.

To build Squidoo lenses is both fun and easy. Megan Casey built a great lens with the title “49 Ideas For Awesome Lenses”; here are some of her ideas:
8. Go ahead, make that cat lens. Or an ode to your dog. Or pet rat. The pet industry is gigantic, and believe it or not, there are lots of people out there who want to hear stories about raising Scottish Fold cats.
12. Stay at home moms, you guys are some of the most creative people out there. Have a trick for reheating pizza? A pattern for pirate costumes? A list of the best animated kids movies? No surprise, those are some of the most popular types of lenses on the whole site.
14. This probably could have been idea #1, but here it is: Make a lens for your blog. Introduce your work to new readers, highlight some of your best posts, invite comments. Lay out a few welcome mats, and more people will find you.
23. Affiliate marketers, make a lens. Not just ABOUT making money. But about your passions. Then you can actually make money, instead of just talking about it.
29. Entrepreneurs, inventors, big idea thinkers. Showcase your new project, your idea, your invention, your business. Before someone else does.
The list goes on and on and that’s the great thing about Squidoo: you can create a lens around almost every topic!
It’s free, it’s fun and best of all: well made lenses can send you a ton of traffic!

It seems, that too many people are interested to earn some money with Adflasher (more information under “Earn Some Cash”). After encountering server problems in the beginning, Adflasher moved to another hosting/server and was working smoothly. The interest was tremendous and now it seems Adflasher had to restrict the amount of view packs people can buy.
For all out there who try to earn a few bucks with Adflasher, I hope that this problem will be solved soon. I’ll watch the development closely and will post updates.

Ezine is an article place, where you can submit articles. It’s free to submit your articles, you are not getting paid, and Ezine has strict rules what kind of articles are accepted and what are not. Now the question might come to mind: if I am not paid for submitting articles – why would I be interested in doing it?
Article marketing is an excellent way to attract people looking at your homepage or affiliate link. But there is one thing to keep in mind: Ezine will not allow you to put a link in your article, but you can have up to two links in your authors resource box.
Unfortunately you are not allowed to use affiliate links in your authors resource box, so what you can do is the following: you buy a domain name which is related to the product you want to sell. Then forward and mask the domain name to the landing page of your product and and put your domain name in the resource box. A person reading your article might find it interesting enough to click on your link and will then be forwarded to the landing page and hopefully purchase the advertised product.
You can also add your homepage, so people can get to know you and check out your site. If you are not sure how to create your authors resource box, Ezine has great tips that will help you doing this.
When you start submitting articles, you might also want to think about setting up your profile at Ezine. Ezine will walk you through all the necessary steps and your authors area will look a lot more professional with you bio and a nice photo.
If you are new to article marketing and never submitted an article at Ezine, your article will not be published right away. It will take a few days before your article is life. Sometimes there are problems with your articles and you will have to re-submit your article. Check your in-box regularly, correct the issue and resubmit your article as soon as possible. Stick to the Ezine guidelines and you will have a lot of fun publishing your articles at Ezine!

One way to earn money on the Internet is affiliate marketing. This means, that an affiliate sells a product which he did not create and doesn’t take care of the shipping either. Although this sounds easy, there are some tricky parts.
1. You need to find a product. To find a suitable product, go and check out an on-line marketplace, e.g. Clickbank (you can easily find more).
2. Once you found the product you would like to sell on-line, you need to check if the vendor supports you. Support can mean, that the vendor has a good landing page, where the product is advertised well and people are easily persuaded to buy.
3. Are you satisfied with the product and the vendors support? Then you need to create your Clickbank account and get your ID. This is necessary in order to market the product and get paid for doing so. The ID is necessary to track you down and credit the right account.
4. Get some ideas how you want to advertise the product you are about to sell. There are many possibilities:
- twitter, Facebook, myspace and other social networks
- pay-per-click campaigns (which might not be the best choice for a complete newby)
- selling through writing articles and submitting them (e.g. on Ezine; again there are
a lot more places where you can submit articles)
- putting the link on your homepage/blog and leave comments on other blogs which
are related to the product.
-create Squidoo lenses
The possibilities to advertise your affiliate link (with your ID in it) are almost endless. You can spend money to advertise, you can use free methods – whatever you like. The more creative you are and the harder you work , the more successful you will be; but don’t be upset if it takes time to earn a substantial amount. Like with every other business you need time to build a foundation and a strong foundation is needed if you intend to build a high building!

There are basically 3 options how to generate money on the Internet:
1) Get paid per clik
2) Get paid per lead
3) Get paid per sale
Getting paid per click doesn’t mean you get paid by clicking somewhere, but you are getting paid if visitors on your Internet site click on an ad you placed on your site.
What you basically need to do is: provide and host a domain name, put content on your page and put ads on your page. Of course it makes sense to match the content of your site with the ads you place.
Stephen Pierce is explaining all that in his 7 minute and 28 second video – enjoy!
